Getting back to Skyrim

I deleted my Skyrim about 3 years ago and it had like 300 mods or so, I want to get back into it but honestly after redownloading and modding Skyrim from scratch 5 times I'm kinda tired of doing that, mostly cuz of the waiting time while downloading mods and being limited to 1mb :/, is there anyway to download like a Skyrim that is premodded with essential stuff, or even fully modded so I can have like a base to start with? Ive seen a few youtube vids floating around with Skyrim modpacks so there must be something like this.
