Oblivion dress to Skyrim

Hi!

I found these dresses mods but they are for oblivion and I would like them on Skyrim... But I'm not a pro for this kind of things and I would like to know if they already exist for Skyrim or if someone can adapt them for Skyrim.

I'm pretty sure that I'm not the only one which would be very happy!

And it's all, I think... Actually, I search all Naihaan's works on Skyrim too, because I'm a big big fan of what she or he do, I really love his/her style. I already have Elvish dresses and wedding dress retextured.
