mod request for the white dress

Can someone make the mods that remove the panty. Then remove the two fabrics  which is heart shape on the dress just like the photos of teddy. But be careful don't remove the patterns on the dress. Then can someone make the dress transparent look like in the photo. Remember not to remove the lowest part of the dress. Just kepp the dress as long as original.   I want the mod to be without any options so I don't need to change it every time when I open the game.  If it is ok I want the version of all three body type.  If no , at least I want the common body type. 

 

I really want to have a mod like this so much. So can anyone make this mod?  Thank you.
