Defeat + Death Alternative, bleedout failing

So, I'm trying to get the two mods to work together, and in the past, they worked just fine.  However, I don't know what changed, but they've suddenly stopped working as intended.

 

What will happen is, I'll set DA to handle SLD knockdown, set the chance of it happening up to 99, and then when my character gets knocked down, she'll stagger for a moment, drop to her knees, teh resist bar will show up, but immediately after, I'll see "You still have some life in you" and my character will stand straight up.  However, the DA bleedout meter will still show, as will the SLD submit meter.  I cannot move until I fill the Resist meter, which is usually just enough time for me to get sent into bleedout again.  This prevents my character from getting sexed on.

 

As well, I don;t know if it's related, but both the Enable Creatures and Disable Creatures menus in SLD are completely empty except for "Enable All" and "Disable All".

 

Has anyone had a similar problem?
