I'm playing fallout 3 and this doesn't happen all the time but sometimes when I go though a door it acts like my character is half way in the floor and when I move its very slow when I use tcl I only move up and down the only way I know the fix it is tea load an earlier save help

Try opening the console and select your character, after that type in "resurrect" without the quotes you should now spawn correctly.

OK it happens whenever I go into a crouch a stand back up

it was a mod that disabled sneaking by the name of firefly ranch
