[FoNV] Problems with custom hairs

A few days ago I decided to reinstall Fallout New Vegas and start from scratch because all the adding/removing mods thing made my game unstable as hell...

 

So I decided to start with cosmetic mods first. I installed Lings and first thing i noticed was that the textures for new hairs are awful, as in totally blurred. I tried everything I could think of: toggling Archive Invalidation a few times, reinstalling the mod, checking files integrity via Steam, even trying to extract a few hairs and putting them into a new plugin. Nothing helped, no matter what I do, textures for newly added hair are blurred. Vanilla hair textures seem unaffected and that's the part which is confusing me...

 

As for load order, it's vanilla with Lings... nothing else...

 

Any ideas what might be wrong?
