TennesseeTuxedo Posted August 7, 2020 Posted August 7, 2020 Hi all,  I've installed Bodyslide through Mod Organizer 2. When I run BodySlide I can see all my bodies and outfits and can run builds (to my overwrite folder) that work in game (doing all the steps required to get there). However I cannot get Bodyslide Preview to work properly. It loads and shows a body/outfit that is all black/silhouetted, for all outfits and bodies. It appears to be the correct shape for the item, I just can't see any detail because it is black. It's not grey with writing on it like the "no texture" previews I've seen. When I want to use preview, I change the path from my MO2 overwrite folder to the MO2 virtual game data folder. I verified there is in fact a texture folder under the data folder. I've set BodySlide64 to run as administrator (long shot but some folks claim it worked for them - not for me). It is not installed on my "C Drive" (some people report that being a cause). What should I troubleshoot next to isolate this problem? It renders it near impossible to use the sliders as you can't see clipping. Am I correct in assuming this is a texture problem of some sort?I appreciate any bits of wisdom anyone can offer. Thanks! accountausp Posted January 30, 2022 Posted January 30, 2022 I'm also suddenly having this problem after updating to the newest version of bodyslide. Any insights?
@l!st@1r Posted August 14, 2024 Posted August 14, 2024 (edited) I'm getting this issue as well. Has nobody found a fix for this??? I mean, it's been 4 years! Edited August 14, 2024 by @l!st@1r
traison Posted August 14, 2024 Posted August 14, 2024 BodySlide seems to be rendering with OpenGL. Assuming you're on Windows 10 or newer. Check display driver version, and its support for OpenGL. Check display adapter, and its support for OpenGL. Make sure BodySlide is not running on your integrated graphics chip. Remove any and all: Steam, FPS, chat, performance, temperature, buttplug (and so on) overlays. Screen recording software such as Fraps, OBS, Bandicam and so on. Shader replacers or similar utilities that may be tapping into OpenGL. Driver (or display software) forced rendering settings, like anti aliasing or similar. Overclocking and SLI/CrossFire. Change display driver version, and make sure the OpenGL version changes as well. Newer is not always better.

Bodyslide was lasted updated in August 2023. Have you read any of the posts in the post section during your four years of waiting?
