How to change a Mod follower hair/Potato face bug

Hello im trying to change Sofia the follower and maybe some of the Bijin Warmaidens hairs if possible, im trying to use one of the ks hairstyles, it went smooth using the CK but her face distorts ingame and in the creation kit viewer. I only know the basics, so if there is a guide for SSE i would really appreciate it, since i failed to find one, or at least an updated one.

I cant seem to find a good guide on how to do it, i read about using the xEdit but no idea how to use that without directions.
