Trying to convert a CK2 WTWSMS game from EU4 to Victoria 2

What do I put for CK2 Export Directory?! I'm so confused. I had no eu4_export folder (after successfully converting my CK2 game to EU4) so I created one, created a mod folder inside of it and then put the EU4 CK2 conversion mod inside of it but I got this error during conversion. And when I load up Victoria 2 I get blue noculture regions. How do I fix this?

Is the converter even able to convert from WTWSMS into victoria 2? Also the 'export' might refer to the 'mod' the ck2 to euiv converter created.
