Spells to turn NPC's into objects?

I only have a small amount of mod making ability, but this SEEMS simple. A spell would disable the npc and drop an object in it's place, giving the appearance the npc was transformed. So, say, for example, Nazeem is harassing Carlotta because "The produce would be fresher from my farm." Turn him into an apple. And eat him. Or, after the meeting in high hrothgar, catch up to Elenwyn and turn her into a chair, then use jaxon's positioner to place her on the front porch and get some sunbathing. It's definitely lore friendly, Brelyn turned me into a cow for gods sake.

 

Does this already exist somewhere? If not, would it be as simple to make as I think?
