How to add smp physics to cloths (Legendary Edition)

I'm struggling to find a tutorial explaining how to add smp physics for cloths.

I don't know if 3dsmax is the only program that can do.

I'm wondering if Blender can be used too.

I'm trying to get physics on these cloths precisely.
