Help with Converting Oldrim Mod

Hey guys, I was wondering if someone could help me convert this mod (attached below) from Oldrim to SSE. I tried using the Cathedral Optimizer multiple times, but the mesh files and the character display was completely invisible from 1st person, and grey with third person.

 

So I was wondering if someone could perhaps convert this for me? (I'm pretty new to this and around here).

 

The specific one (and only one) I want converted is the Claire Redfield one:
