Are you saying you want to change it to something else or are you asking whether an animation can change by itself?

Yes, I'd like to change animation. I wish it was like the one from Gif

I imagine you would have to override the default animation with a custom animation that you would have to create beforehand. Unfortunately, I have no idea how to do that. 

 

There are, however, some tutorials online about how to animate sims and probably also how to override stuff in the original game. Though I imagine this to be somewhat difficult if you are neither into animation or programming yourself.
