Question about modding..... (Adult themed)

I don't know anything at all about modding games. Was wondering if it would actually be possible to switch out character models in Resident Evil 2 remake.....the scene where Claire gets handcuffed. Claire fully naked as shown in the link and have Sherry replaced with Ada and  and Chief Irons replaced by Annette. I would just love to see a video of that. Is that an easy task for PC gamers who mod or would that particular scenario be impossible?
