Your load order is a mess...pretty sure "Extended Slider Colors.esp" and "RaceMenu.esp" arent supposed to be ran at once since they do the same thing, by the same author (I think), and they probably conflict. You need to go through that as find the correct load order/mod conflicts.

About your Problem you are running too many mods that are dynamic such as Destructible bottles you might try playing the game without mods once to see if your problem is the mods or the game.

Firstly, install BOSS. It helps automatically solve a crapload of issues in regards to load order.

 

From the list, you don't have the unofficial Patches for Skyrim, Dawnguard and as well as Hearthfire. These patches are absolutely necessary as they fix problems Bethesda missed.

 

Also, you've doubled up a lot of mods. Example is More Dynamic Shadows and as well as Further Darker Dungeons for ENB. These should be streamlined into just ONE mod. Chargen Unlocker is another example that shouldn't be there as Enhanced Character Edit does the same thing essentially. Footprints shouldn't be the problem as I use it and the majority of mods you have so another mod must be conflicting with it, possibly the pump heels by elewin.

 

Basically, you're asking for trouble when you double up on mods so having just ONE mod to do ONE thing is a good way to go.

This actually works much better and compatible with Enhanced Lighting and FX. Just make sure your ENB works with it though. I suggest Skyrealism Enhanced ENB which works rather well with this mod.
