Mod active but does not work in game.

So i desided to  make the severin manor more fiting to my taste. Fired up the CK, deleted some usles stuff and added some new things. As always activated in NMM and startet the game. 

But absolutely no changes do apear ingame. Its been a while since i changed some interiors in skyrim and the last change was made for pornrim. I dont know what i have missed, never had that kind of issue before.
