WW: Skins and Meshes won't load

I've downloaded some skins and meshes to use ingame. The game recognizes them, they load in at the start menu but when I actually load my save and try to alter sim bodies through WW, nothing shows up except for WW default and Maxis. Mind you, all animation files I've downloaded work fine to my knowledge. The skins won't.

 

Any ideas on how to solve this? I have the most up to date variations of these skins available (that I know of).
