Nothing about Sexout should cause a crash in any specific cell. I once had a similar problem in the Gomorrah main area...fixed it just by using a clean save. You try that?

 

As for the ZAZ question, mods like WorkingGirl and TryoutPowderGangers use ZAZ. The SexoutSlavery esm doesn't actually do anything on its own. Both that esm and the ZAZ esp are used by the Tryout mods.
