I've the impressione that the SSS exist in game. But sure is not a map.

In your opinion, there is a SSS system? And if yes, fro you is a MAP, SHADER or something else?

Yes, there is an SSS shader in the game, it relies on a texture map to control the influence

Look for body texture files named "body_kidss4m.g1t" and it's a greyscale map, but I don't know what compression settings the game demands.  The file extracted says "BC4" but I don't see a compression setting that matches it.

EDIT: BC4 is a compression type found when you're saving it as a color map

And what can we do with this file and what will it lead to?

That depends on what you want to do with it, all it does is control the subtle semi-translucent effect that natural skin has (aka Subsurface Scattering, or SSS).

If you wanted to add something like, literal body paint on the diffuse texture, you would need to edit this file too, to eliminate the SSS effect, only in the area of the body paint.
