Is there any way to use the WickedWhims soft penis as a default replacement without having to have WickedWhims itself?

 

If not, are there any default replacement penis mods that work with Luumia's Body Hair v5 Plus? Because at the moment, it seems that all the default replacement penises I can find are discoloured by the heavier-coverage body hair options in Luumia's mod.
