No animations

So, I've finally got the game working. All the mods I want are installed and no error messages. But the animations don't work. When I start a sex scene, they just stand there facing each other and moan. Also, I gave my character a schlong, but when sex initiates she puts on a strapon. I set her gender to male in the mod settings. Also, I was only able to access the prostitution mod like, 3 times. all fails, and now I can't get the option to solicit npc's.

Did you remember to run FNIS?

I don't think so. Says it's installed when I check the mods in-game. Where do you run it from? In-game?

What do you use to organize your mods? If its MO2, than there should be an option to run it from there. Otherwise use your computer's search function for GenerateFNISforUsers.exe and run it. I recommend giving the Installation and Execution section of FNIS' mod page another look over.
