Make an item not removable during the sex act

Hi everyone. I'm just starting with the Geck and trying to modify and existing mod by adding some spice in it.

 

Is there any item list where I can add an item, so it wont be removed during the sex? The item is some kind of unique slave collar, which can't be replaced ( I guess) from the Sexout Slavery package

SexoutClothingEval.esp has a MCM menu that can designate items to not be taken off for sex and set other things.
