i have trouble with Breeder

Huge tits from breeder are beyond the any clothes, so my personage is always with protruding boobs, even if she is wear clothes from sexout store. i loaded new vegas without breeder and everything was in order. but I would not want to delete breeder. how can i fix it?

You have to use the Milker in your inventory to reduce the boob size, or toggle lactation off (also via item in your inventory)

The tits only grow when the character is pregnant, to simulate the body lactating in prep for the baby.

Them protruding through armor is intended, and functioning correctly.
