Headband, Circlet, or Helm replacer mod for NPCs?

Hey guys,

 

I was wondering if anybody knows of a mod that would essentially replace ALL of the NPC helms with a corresponding circlet or headband, similar to the kind found in these mods:

 

KDCirclets Full by zzjay

 

Better Circlets HQ V1o1

 

Armored Circlets by Quickfox

 

The end result would be city guards, soldiers, etc having visible faces instead of helmet armor.

 

Optionally, one that would only do it for females and not males.

 

I haven't tried this mod, so I'm not sure if this would work for NPCs as well:
