[Search] Combat Hit Boxes

I'm looking for a mod that changes or fixes hit boxes when attacking.

 

For example I frequently find myself hitting a dead enemy that I maybe standing on/near when fighting instead of the enemy in front of me or what just happened to me about 3 minutes ago where I landed 3 consecutive hits through the enemy and onto my follower behind him.
