Good rape setting for playing normally?

Curious if anyone has a good setting for the rape mod so i can play the game normally with out having to really worry about being raped but still have that chance that i may run in to it.

 

PS: This is my first day playing with these mods so i dont really know the ins and outs of every setting yet.

For stalkers, I keep the overall stalking frequency at 1 when the stalkers feature is activated, but in certain areas and during most quests I turn it off completely.

 

And for combat rape I set the min. health to 70% and the 'chance' setting to 10-20.
