Unknown Sword with Blue Glow

Hello all, new guy here on the block! Howdy, hello, and wassup! In my wanderings, I came across the pic of this sword. A single-edged, blue-runed blade with symbols that almost seem as if from WoW, perhaps, I am not entirely sure. Please, if anyone out there is able to ID this weapon and perhaps provide a link to said weapon, they'd have my gratitude and thanks indeed.
