[Request] Tanning MOD

I'm looking for a mod that will simulate a character getting tanner as they spend time outside during sunny weather. Features could include sunburns, freckles, moles, and even tan lines from bikini armors. If a character avoids the sun, they get increasingly pale, as well. Is there a mod out there that handles this? If not, would anyone be interested in developing one?

Bumpimg this because I want it also. Already got mods that make my char progressively dirtier until I bath, wetter - rain, sweat, swimming (wet function redux), fatter or thinner based on diet and activity (Weightmorphs). Why doesn't this exist yet? Spending most of your time in the sun in the warmer, greener southern parts (know this thanks to Frostfall) should make your skin less pale, tanlines from skimpier armor would be awesome.

I didn't generate any interest in developing this concept from existing modders, so I may try to build it myself. I've never made a Skyrim mod, though. I think this idea would work best as a Racemenu overlay tie-in, or perhaps a Slavetats mod. Anyone have any thoughts or suggestions on how to proceed?
