Script spells don' work on some NPCs

I've encountered some weird bug where all script spells have no effect on an NPC...yet I've had no problems using the same spells on different save files

 

Anyone know if it's fixable with a quick console command or something? It's not that big of a deal, and something I can ignore, but if it is a simple problem, no harm in doing some patchwork .

Sounds like something leaving the cell, saving and reloading might fix. Other than that, no idea.

Apparently it's an issue with Companion Share and Recruit. Only had the bug happen with a single NPC...so it's not that big a deal.

 

If I can figure out how to console SetBody, I won't even worry about it.
