Ok, let's say I want my favorite model in the game, if I manage to scan her face with this soft, will I be able to use it in game?

Like changing a follower's face?

It could be possible. I'm not a modding guru, but if you can generate a new head mesh then it might be possible to manually replace the meshes of an NPC with your generated mesh. I'm not sure how that would be done, but it doesn't sound totally out of reach.

 

Though for the body you could probably use UNP or CBBE. I use UNP and Enhanced Character Edit to edit the body proportions, but with CBBE you can use Bodyslide. There's a way to load UNP into Bodyslide, but I'm not sure how it's done.
