HDT textures and body scaling

I've installed HDT, that's all working fine and dandy but I'm facing a rather strange issue. Whenever I activate a body scaling features, such as the ones in deviously cursed loot, the textures go all screwy. The physics and such work but the textures go pixelated/grow gaps in places. This only happens while HDT is installed, anyone know a potential fix?
