how to rig a mesh with skelleton

can someone help me with this

cause i Realy Want To Help Making Animations For Sexout

 

what i've done so far

 

Set Up Blender And other Needed Tools

extracted meshes + anims

 

What Ive Done In Blender

Imported Meshes

selected the mesh

And Then Tried To Import Skeleton

But it Doesnt Attach What am i Doing Wrong
