I got this idea while playing fallout 3 and a hentai rpg (RJ204404). This is a male protagonist focused adult questline set in a location that women are not allowed in unless they're slaves and accompanied by their owners. The story is centered around a custom female npc whose sister was sold to powerful slavers by her gambling addict husband. To find and free her, she needs to infiltrate the valley but can't do so without posing as a slave and this is where you come in.  You must enter the valley posed as a slave owner and search for the whereabouts of this npc's sister though you must play the part, At certain points of the questline, you must perform sexual acts on your "slave" to avoid arousing suspicion ranging from public sex acts to bdsm, optionally if you need gold, you can also have her do a variety of activities such as sultry dances in front of other npcs and prostitution, you can also have some fun with some of the female npcs you find in the valley. The questline has multi ending scenarios that can result in the following:

 

1. Cover blown and she's thrown out of the valley never to be seen again or even outright killed,

2. She and possibly even her sister become your permanent slaves

3. She and possibly even her sister become standard companions which you can marry

4. She's sold to another slaver and becomes a permanent resident along with her sister

 

This mod should require sexlab mods including zaz stuff but probably won't need paradise halls.
