Water is COMPLETELY opaque when submerged in 1.7! WTF?

I've just been raiding some Dwarven ruin, and reached a flooded area. As I entered the water, I noticed that all I could see was... Nothing but solid blue. Everything disappears, including the players hands. Its as if the underwater shader has been set to 0% transparency or something.

 

I dont know anything about shaders, so does anyone know what might be causing this, or have you had similar problems? Any ideas on how to fix this?

 

I've found a few fixes online, and NONE of them work (one of them is a mod that removes ALL graphical effects from underwater, so basically it looks like air... No thanks, I prefer it how it was when it was working; Another, was to set radial blur to 2 in the SkyrimPrefs.ini, which made no difference whatsoever). They say this bug was fixed in v1.5... Well, this is v1.7, and its not fixed at all.

Thanks for the reply. LOL its been so long since I posted this that I cant even remember what I did to fix it. I think I just deleted the D3D9.dll that was part of the ENB speedhack as far as I can remember, then the problem was gone. I spent DAYS looking for the answer, but the internet was just full of people with the same problem, but not a single working solution.

 

Anyway its sorted now, the water was basically COMPLETELY opaque, so it was impossible to see ANYTHING while underwater.
