If you're female and Bruce is at the bar, he may strike up a conversation instead of just waiting for you to go talk to him.
This mod adds Bruce to the "catcall" event, making it possible for him to be the NPC that approaches you at the bar. The higher your charm, the more likely he is to catcall you.

Fixed error where Bruce was attempting to catcall player in un-intended locations (i.e. Beach). Bruce catcall logic should now only trigger at The Broken Drum.
