About This File
1. A "base" d3dx.ini, that won't need to be updated.
2. ShaderOverrides.ini which can be updated as needed. (put it in your Mods folder or a subdirectory in Mods)
3. "d3dxini_shaderoverrides.zip" contains the two above and can be extracted into your main game directory - and you're good to go.
4. A html/javascript app for modders who do shader hunting, aids in organizing/searching for updating shaderoverrides and generating the "ShaderOverrides-YYYY-MM-DD.ini" file
