UGLY SIM TRAIT 1.0.0

Hellow everyone!It's my first time to create a custom trait.

Thanks MMCCC and superbeat1216 for helping.

Now let me introduce it.

1.The trait will give the sim a forever sad buff+1,and five random buffs（angry,fine,akward,uncomfortable,tensed   all+2)will also show up 

2.It will give the sim who near the ugly sim 3 random buffs(uncomfortable+2,scared+2,focus+3)

3.A special interaction in romance  "I'm ugly,but I'm tender"

4.Two wickedwhims buff(happy,flirty)would show up when ww animations start.

The contents are not so many in this trait for now,I will learn more things to enrich this mod
