Better leave Kidnapped be, I tried to tame it for some time, the mod is just too buggy. You are unlikely to ever be happy with it in your LO.
Treasurehunter whore also isn't really worth it IMHO, nice to have, but nothing to bother with if it causes troubles. It's an interesting concept, but not much more than a proof of concept. A tad too unfinished to invest much time into it.
While I didn't have too many troubles with Devious Carriages, it is sadly incompatible with carriage overhaul mods like convenient carriages or similar, which in theory would complement it very well, adding a lot more destinations as well as start points. In the end, I decided that a better carriage network is more valuable. Especially given I use some mods that add more critters to the wild, which invariably led to "stops" from Devious Carriages getting interrupted by attacking animals or worse.

As for Fallout, whatever floats your boat, never been a fan of end time settings myself, but that's a matter of taste.

It's just a handful of mods with problems, which sucks because they were working just fine before but i guess that maybe a 'situation of perfect accidents'. 

The carriage one is the real downer because that had some really interesting events linked in. Now every time it stops for thugs/bandits they just stand around for AGES before another mod takes over then its just an endless loop - literally, came back an hour later and it was still going XD

Also having issues with Laura's bondage shop not running correctly. Events start or jobs start but they wont finish.

Hmm, you checked your script latency I assume? And are certain you don't get stack drops?
Also, are you using True Directional Movement?
