Forced by the storm to seek shelter after claiming her new tool, things go from bad to worse as things quickly spiral.

Author Notes:

1st: The storm in question was from True Storms having a fit.

It gave me Riften thick fog and a heavy snow storm for a prolonged period, i was able to fix the bug but it caused this scenario.

2nd: I understand it's normally Bandits at Volskygge, i was testing a new foe location generation mod. Not keeping it, a lot of the Bandits ended up just standing around and not reacting to me approaching, even when i hit them. Got rid of it and things are back to normal.
