d3d9.dll is the executable file of an ENB.  What do you mean by AMD's pilot don't like it? Is it crashing on startup?
If so, you are probably using an incompatible ENB version for your video card. I mean, if you messed up with the installation order or forgot to install some component in that case ENB simply does not work, while not causing problems in Skyrim itself.
I would suggest you reinstall ENB-core files from main site and chek how it works without any user add-ons.

Skyrim crash after save loading. I checked on a forum and I tested myself, the last version does not work either, but skyrim SE with Enb works well.

I'm not sure, but this sounds more like a memory problem.
Have you tried to switch off enb in a main menu, start a new game, and then load your safe?

Yes, but it doesn't work, as soon as the enb is active, the game crashes with AMD driver error.

1) Did you change anything in enblocal.ini or any of .ini files
2) Did you use some programs, that can change game resolution/quality (similar to nvidia experience byt for AMD)

Downgrade drivers?

On my own 5700XT, any drivers later than 20.12.1 will cause the game to crash. Recommend you try 20.12.1.

Thanks, but my gpu is not supported by this driver, it was released in March.

Thanks, but I have another solution, I will build a secondary pc for skyrim and other small games with my old gtx 1080, I will start taking screenshots again next week, I still have two files pending, I will publish them soon.

I thank everyone who helped me with that, but I can't see myself changing drivers every time I want to play on skyrim.

Are you sure, that you using right version of ENB? SE/LE/VR? Maybe you trying to launch not supported/broken/wrong version of ENB host. Or maybe autor of ENB support only specified version of ENB host. Or you are messed up with something

I have tried several versions and it is only skyrim LE which does not work, the SE works well, but I have already fixed the problem: new pc with my old Nvidia :)
