Few questions in regards to special edition

Ive installed the skeleton mapper thing and FNIS but how do I get physics mods with these? dragonfly requires I install skyrim original mods but I dont know how to manually install mods if not through the NMM, can someone help me out with both of things?

 

Also I know without the SKSE or whatever we cant have the same type of physics, but whats the closest mod to get breasts/butt jiggling when walking?

Please don't post the same question all over the place.  Especially in a section that clearly has nothing to do with the SE version.
