Looking for a BK2 video converter (MP4 to BK2)

Hey guys,

 

I've been trying for a while now to find a program that would allow me to converter a video from mp4 to bk2. Problem is, I just can't find anything worth my time and most of the crap I downloaded were filled with malwares and other shit I blocked.

 

If anyone know a name of such program, please let me know, it's getting crazy how difficult it is to find one. I tried Rad Tool but it can't open anything.
