Not sure why it happens but I've seen it before in the realistic vagina that was linked to a paysite, the author fixed it eventually but if the creator of this hasn't been back to fix it, my advice is get rid and find something else

this might be that you only got an Re-done texture of another mod Mash. you will need to get to "main" mod for the Mash to have your re-done texture working.
