Death Alternative not detecting Defeat

Greetings. When I had Skyrim installed in my older PC I used to run DA and Defeat together with no problem. I decided to play with those two mods again but this time DA is not detecting Defeat, or at least it isn't in the Bleedout Options. Defeat DOES recognize DA on the mod list, though. What bothers me is that I need DA to trigger Defeat because if I let Defeat use its options (Heath, stun, etc) it'll all become a mess ending in a CTD. Anyone got any idea? The only difference now from my last playthrough is that in my old PC I used NMM and now I am using MO. Thanks in advance for your time.

DA doesn't register quests/other mods automatic anymore, you need to press the "register quests manually" button in DA.
