Female with a Penis!!? HELP

Hello everyone, so my problem is.. I created a female teen, and she has a penis ! I dont see why when all the settings that you change when you create are made that she is a girl. I noticed that there's like a transparent area at her waist so i believe it must be a mod that i downloaded, but which one ?! lol
So if you guys can try and help me out maybe ?

First I would recommend you removing the viblisims penis mod, that's outdated.
