Breast Twitching?

After installing HDT everything works fine, but when I try to use configurations made by others, the breasts and butt become all twitchy.

 

I had used others in the past, but I'm on a whole new PC now and I don't know what is causing the problem.

 

I'm using CBBE, I have XP32's skeleton... I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.

 

For clarity, I'm trying to use this one:

But I have attempted to user others and ended up with the same problem.

Here's something

 

I tried replacing ONLY the "DefaultBBP.xml" file instead of replacing or adding any of the other included files.

This seems to have made the needed changes and without breaking anything.

 

If you want to consider that a solution, but it would have saved me a lot of trouble knowing this sooner. Maybe it will help someone else.

I heard somewhere that fps can conlifct with the physics simulation. Try capping to 30/60
