Help with Factions

I was messing around with factions and removed myseelf from all factions and then stupidly and accidently saved over my back-up save. Now certain monsters (specifically the wraiths in the Temple of Meridia, but there could be others I don't know about) aren't aggressive any more. Bandits and creatures are still agressive.

 

Do any of you smart people know what faction I need to join to get them to act normally again?

 

I appreciate any help people can offer.

Alright, I think I solved it. I had to re-add myself to the player faction (although I'd done that right after making the mistake in the first place, I guess something got messed up on the way). The console commands were player.addfac db1 -1 then player.addfac db1 0.
