Create own Animation?

Hello, I've been trying to create Wicked Whims animations for Sims 4, but after everything is finished and I bring it into the game, it looks like this.

 

The problem can't be that the game can't read the animation, because the tongue animation works. So if anyone knows about this, it would be really cool.
