There are about 12 Money trees, few Grow Fruit trees and some Coconut trees. All are in fully grown blossomed state. You can start harvesting from day 2 onwards,

None os the trees are evolved. You can use cheat ot let them take their own time to evolve.

If you wish (in comments) I will update this lot again after all trees are fully evolved and increasing some good trees.
