Dr. Dan is a pervy Dr that won the lotto and built his own privet residence and OGBYN Clinic , for insemination , delivery's & abortions , etc ... after all no one loves his patients like Dr. Dan , a one stop shop , why chase them when they will come to you . After seeing the forbidden love trait , or the rape\Dr\patients traits , all I could find were huge hospitals to use so I made my own , plenty of undeveloped space to build as you like . This is just a save game file for entertainment , No Nurses or Patients included , Best used with Wicked , Get To Work " and https://downloads.pandasama.com/file/FJE294DV/ChildBirth_Mod/Pandasama_ChildBirth_mod_v1.46.zip ,for realistic child birth, my mod should provide all the objects needed to trigger the above mod animations once the Player reaches Doctor Level and the updated save has maxed skills for Dr Dan with some minor updates in the building ,and also use this for the fun , Its my first sims mod so it might need polish anyway your welcome to it , Included in 2.0 is the updated Clinic and two New buildings , hope I loaded this right , ( it contains Dr Dan,s new remodeled clinic ( The Free Clinic ) added twin doors to xray and an open garage door to the ambulance garage ,new exterior look and landscaping and added The Dr,s House , a luxury home with twin pools and medical suit and a third home N0 # 5 , on a 40 x 30 lot also with its own medical suit . IE 2.0 ) .

Greetings all , final update here , this save contains basically 2.0 plus three sims , Dr . Dan at his clinic , Dr . Sam Parker and Dr Hanna Tush , all three are maxed in skills for the Doctor or Nurse career , Have fun .
